EDUCATION
Attorney since 2010
He completed his undergraduate studies at Universidad de los Andes and a graduate diploma in Employment Law for Corporations at the same University.
He is currently studying a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Mineral Law at Dundee University, Scotland, United Kingdom.
He was awarded the Rio Tinto plc Scholarship and Global Excellence Scholarship (2018)
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
He has worked on environmental law and regulation, providing consultancy services to projects subject to or capable of being subject to the Environmental Impact Assessment System.
In addition, he has provided counsel to projects located in the coastline in connection with applications for maritime concessions, sector-specific permits and environmental reports for port, energy, mining and telecommunication undertakings.
Moreover, he has experience in conducting training on environmental law and regulations for professionals working for big mining companies.
