The leading partner of the Corporate Litigation team, which includes civil, commercial, tax, customs and labor litigation. He has a highly successful track record in the various cases where he has participated, many of which had national repercussions.
EDUCATION
Diego Messen studied at the School of Law of Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, where he was awarded his Bachelor of Laws Degree in the year 2000.
In addition, he was awarded the degrees of Master of Tax Direction (2002) and a Master of Business Law (2008), both in the same university, and a Master of Company Laws from Universidad de Los Andes (2018). In addition, he has a Diploma in Mining Law from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
